Nantwich Town have fielded a Reserve XI for the first time in 15 years. The Dabbers Reserve Team play in the Cheshire League Division 2. The team, who started the season in September are playing to a good quality and are seeking out extra players to help reinforce an already thriving team. The reserve team is managed by Lyndon Wain who has worked at the club for last 15 years and is a UEFA B Qualified Coach.

Lyndon said “The Reserve team is a brilliant pathway for players to find a route to the First Team and support the younger players in their footballing journey as well as offering good opportunities and experience for players.”

The Reserves play on the 1st team pitch at The Weaver Stadium and play at away team stadiums when they are on the road. We are now looking for new players in their early 20’s who want to play quality Saturday football and help mentor the younger players in their playing career.

Lyndon added “It’s been great to see the progress of the team so far, with players like Callum Parker making his Debut in the First XI already this season.”

Training is every Wednesday night at 8pm – 9:30pm on the 3G pitch.
