Coaching Opportunities

Coaching Opportunities

Due to the rapid growth and development of the youth section within the club we have opportunities for local coaches at all levels. We intend to support coaches through the coaching pathway and offer them the chance to work with quality players at all age groups to support their development. Our vision is to develop coaches as well as players to ensure we are providing an excellent learning environment.

We have a clear player pathway and a strong pedigree of producing footballers for local academies and the club’s first team. We currently provide competitive football for players from the age of six through to the first team.

Nantwich Town Football Club has always looked to support the local community and the football ground is a key community venue in the town. The club have delivered a weekly community football session for over ten years and shown a commitment to provide opportunities to develop both players and coaches.

What is the role?

Nantwich Town FC is looking to recruit volunteer coaches to deliver football sessions as part of their community programme. The coaching opportunities exist at all age groups and in various community settings. Coaches will be required to deliver quality football session that are age appropriate, challenging and inclusive for all.

There is also the opportunity to deliver coaching practices with the clubs junior teams and this would be ideal for anyone wanting to gain coaching experience or complete their coaching qualifications.

There may also be opportunities for coaches to gain paid employment as the community programme develops.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for football coaches with a valid FA Level 2 coaching qualification. Good communication skills will be vital for regular interaction with players, staff and parents.
