Connor Heath returns to Southport following expiration of loan spell at the Dabbers

Nantwich Town can confirm that Connor Heath has returned to Southport following the expiration of his loan at the Dabbers.

Since returning to the club on loan in September, Connor has made 11 appearances, scoring three goals in a spell that was blighted by injuries.

Here’s what Nantwich Town manager Paul Carden had to say about Connor’s loan spell

“It was a bit frustrating for Connor, he took a whack to his leg on his first loan and missed a few games and then he took a whack to the head against Bootle and he missed a few games and so both loans were interrupted by impact injuries so it wasn’t able to really get going as we had hoped for.

But again, another good lad, he goes back to Southport, we thank Southport for their help with that and wish Connor all the best for the rest of the season and the rest of his career.”

Everyone at The Dabbers would like to thank Connor for his efforts and we wish him all the very best with his football career.
