Nantwich based Applewood Independent have become the latest local business to get behind Nantwich Town’s fundraising campaign with a huge donation of £3,000.

Dabbers Chairman Jon Gold says, “This is incredibly generous of David, Kay, Alex and all the team at Applewood Independent, who have been long term partners of the club for many years, sponsoring the Applewood 3G Arena and we are extremely grateful for their additional support and also all the other local business’s that have joined in and to be at 86% of our target in less than three weeks, is incredible and we are sincerely thankful to everyone who has given so generously”.

“We are delighted to be in a position to be able to help Nantwich Town further during this challenging time, says David Pritchard Applewood Independent’s managing director. We are fortunate that despite the challenges that Covid-19 has had on most business’s, we have been able to continue successfully through it, looking after and growing our client bank over these last few months when clients needed us most. We have been able to support many of the local community based clubs and events, such as the Food Festival and Nantwich Show, and with these sadly not taking place this year, we would like to help the Football Club and the community where we all live and work further and hopefully this goes some way towards helping them to remain viable and return stronger, as they are a tremendous asset to our wonderful community”.
