Nantwich Women are pleased to announce the signing of Josie Alderman.
The winger previously played for Crewe Alex, Durham University and Carshalton Athletic.
Josie said:
“I’m excited to be joining Nantwich this season after moving back to the area. Everyone has been really welcoming, and the atmosphere at the club is super positive. The standard at pre season has been awesome, I think it’ll be a great year for the club, and I’m excited to be a part of it.”
Manager Dan Mellor said:
“We’re excited to have been able to bring Josie in, who was highly recommended by her previous coaches and teammates at Crewe. She will add some much needed experience in our wide and forward areas of the pitch and can both create and score goals.
Primarily a winger, she can also operate centrally and has already scored some unbelievable goals in training so we’re excited to see what she can this season with us.”
