After three wins on the bounce, the Dabbers look to keep this run going on our trip to Lincolnshire to face Gainsborough Trinity on Saturday (3pm kick-off)

Get up, Trinity

Gainsborough have lost their last two games, both 2-1 to Matlock and Ashton. Their form before those two had been relatively good, with wins over Lancaster and FC United, and a creditable draw with Stafford. They also recently reached the final of the Lincolnshire Senior Cup with a win over Boston United.

They are one point and 2 places behind the Dabbers, only a point clear of Mickleover in 20th in what could be a relegation spot depending on other teams in the 7th tier.

Last Time Out

After multiple postponements, we finally faced Gainsborough at home in January. Trinity took the lead through Brad Grayson in the first five minutes, but a second half turnaround with goals from Troy Bourne and Dan Cockerline meant the Dabbers won 2-1. Highlights from that one are available below.

Players to Watch

Winger Jovon Makama has scored in Gainsborough’s last three league games, a strong run that he’ll be wanting to continue on Saturday.
