We are delighted to announce Katie Hubbard as the Club’s new Community Development Manager.
This follows a restructuring of the youth/community section and the previous FDO role, where there was more emphasis on coaching.
Katie will support the effective administration and delivery of the club’s community, football and facility activities.
Working closely with the Club officials, coaches, volunteers, community groups, facility users and other stakeholders. She will coordinate the day-to-day administrative and operational requirements that enable the Club’s programmes and facilities to run effectively. The role is similar in scope to the FDO, but is primarily an administrative, co-ordination and community engagement position, to manage, co-ordinate, develop and promote the Club’s football offering.
The initial role will primarily be on a part-time basis and mostly evening and weekend based. This will be in addition to Katie’s existing role as the Club’s Welfare Officer and she will be ably supported by our existing coaches and admin staff. I am sure that you will all join us in welcoming and supporting Katie in her new position.
