With permission from his family, Nantwich Town can now share details of the funeral of our former Chairman and Life Vice President Albert Pye.
The funeral will take place on Tuesday 18th March. At 10.30am on the day, his hearse will make a final visit to The Swansway Stadium, a stadium he helped to make happen, doing a lap around the perimeter of the pitch.
The service itself will then take place at 10.45am at St Mary’s Church in Nantwich.
After that, there will be a private cremation in Crewe. All are welcome back at the Atherton Suite at the Swansway Stadium after the public service to remember a man who devoted several decades of his life to Nantwich Town.
