Nantwich Town are delighted to be able to announce our Pre-Season schedule as we prepare for our 2022/23 Northern Premier League Season.

We start our campaign with our annual pre-season fixture against Alex Morris’ Crewe Alexandra at The Swansway Stadium on Saturday 2nd July. The relationship between the two South Cheshire sides remains strong after The Dabbers had both Joe Robbins & Connor O’Riordan on loan last season. The latter is now a familiar face in the Railwaymen’s starting XI

A week later we welcome a Stoke City XI to The Swansway Stadium. Last season The Dabbers borrowed both Patrick Jarrett & Ibrahima Sy from The Potters so this friendly just enhances the relationship between the two clubs.

Our third fixture is against National League North side Curzon Ashton on Tuesday 12th July.

(Reminder to those who purchased/renewed their season ticket before 15/06 that you have 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 to these above fixtures)

Our final home fixture comes on Saturday 16th July as we welcome National League side, Wrexham AFC. The Dragons committed to this friendly as part of the deal we let them host an FA Cup fixture against Marine when the Racecourse Ground pitch was being relaid. The Dabbers also borrowed forward Jake Bickerstaff last season, We can all agree that his stay at the Dabbers was a resounding success.

The next game in our schedule is at The Deeside Stadium as we visit Connah’s Quay Nomads on Tuesday 26th July. Former Dabber Joe Malkin has just joined Cymru Premier side, it was be good to see a familiar face come up against his old club!

Finally, The Dabbers end with trips to newly promoted Hanley Town on Friday 29th July, before concluding the campaign with a trip to Harrison Park to face Leek Town on Saturday 6th August.

All these games lead up to the opening day of the Northern Premier League Premier Division side which is on Saturday 13th August. The fixtures are expected to be out in the middle of July.
