Nantwich Town are delighted to announce the signing of Striker Dan Cockerline from AFC Liverpool

The 6ft4 forward joins the club after impressing during his time at the North West Counties Premier Division club where he scored 22 times in 26 games during the 19/20 season which earned him a move to fellow NPL side FC United.

Cockerline began his career at Sheffield United where he came through the ranks and had loan spells at Grantham Town, Matlock Town and Curzon Asthon. After leaving The Blades in 2016 he made the move to Barrow before leaving to go to Southport in 2019

The forward has since then played for the likes of Adelaide, FC United Of Manchester, Aberystwyth and AFC Liverpool where he has impressed in two separate spells.
