Affordable, convenient parking for the local community while supporting the future of our football club.
Nantwich Town Football Club is introducing a new parking management system, operated by ParkingEye, on the parking land adjacent to Waterlode and Reaseheath Way, from early November. The land has provided convenient, affordable parking for local residents, shoppers and visitors to Nantwich town centre for many years.
A £2 all-day parking charge has been advertised on the site for some time, with payment previously made inside the football club.
As use of the parking area has increased, we recognise that the existing payment arrangements have not always been convenient or consistently followed. The introduction of ParkingEye will provide a simpler, more accessible way to pay, helping ensure the facilities are managed fairly and effectively for everyone.
Affordable parking for everyone
£1 Up to one hour, £2 All day
Payment will be quick and convenient, by card or app only, with no need to visit the football club to pay. Clear signage and payment instructions will be provided throughout the parking area. Cash will not be accepted.
Supporting the future of Nantwich Town FC
As a community football club, we continually work to maintain and improve our facilities while safeguarding the club’s long-term future. Income generated through these parking arrangements will make a valuable contribution towards ongoing ground maintenance and future investment, including our important replacement rear 3G pitch project.
By making better use of an existing facility, we can help generate much-needed revenue to support the club and the many teams, players and community groups who benefit from it.
What about parking at the stadium?
The main stadium car park, immediately adjacent to the football stand, will continue to be free of charge for community football participants and visitors to Nantwich Town FC and The Tea Lounge. The ParkingEye arrangements apply only to the separate parking land adjacent to Waterlode and Reaseheath Way, identified in red in the accompanying aerial photographs.
A positive step for the club and community
Nantwich Town FC is proud of its place within the local community. We believe these updated arrangements strike a sensible balance between providing affordable, convenient parking for those visiting the town and generating important income to help secure the future of our football club. We thank everyone for their continued understanding and support.
