Nantwich Town are very pleased to announce former Scotland international Danny Fox will be part of the coaching team for the upcoming Brine Leas Academy Programme starting in September.
Fox (left of picture above) got 4 caps for Scotland, played in the Champions League for Celtic, and played in the Premier League with Burnley and Southampton. Later in his career he played over 120 games for Nottingham Forest.
Fox joins former Dabbers and Crewe Alex defender Rod McDonald in an eye-catching coaching team for prospective students on the Academy Programme.
On joining, Danny Fox said:
“I was introduced to this course by Rod McDonald who’s a good friend of mine. I think it’s going to bring a lot of positivity to the whole of Nantwich, it’s only going to get bigger and I’m really looking forward to be a part of it.”
