Dabbers to host charity game on Saturday for coach’s Christie fundraiser

Nantwich Town will be playing host to a special charity match this Saturday (2pm kick-off) as a fundraiser towards The Christie cancer hospital.

The fundraiser is being run by Ryan Jones, a first team coach for our Ladies team, whose dad has been undergoing cancer treatment at The Christie.

The climax of this fundraiser will take place on Saturday 3rd June, when Ryan and his brother-in-law will walk 59 miles from Ludlow Castle to the Swansway Stadium.

This Saturday, to try and boost the donations, a ‘Ryan’s XI’ will play against Nantwich Pirates, fresh off their league cup victory the previous weekend. And you may see one or two familiar faces on the pitch…

Entry at the Swansway Stadium on Saturday is free but donations on the day will be much welcomed.

Or, you can donate directly to Ryan’s JustGiving page HERE.

See you there!
