Nantwich Town Football Club are looking for a new First Team Manager/Head Coach to continue the development and progress of it’s first team within The Northern Premier League.
The ideal candidate will have experience of management and coaching at this level or above and will ultimately be responsible for the management of all on and off field football activities of the Men’s First Team, to ensure that all players and staff are provided with coaching and support to enable them to develop, compete and perform at the highest level and will be required to work closely with the director of Football/Head of Recruitment and Football Development Officer on matters of community and youth football.
Qualifications
- UEFA B Coaching Qualification (minimum of L3 working towards UEFA B) .
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Essential Experience
- A proven track record in a managerial/Coaching football position at Academy and/or Adult Football at step 7 or higher, delivering credible performances and results through outstanding leadership.
- A proven ability and network, to identify, recruit and develop talent.
- A full understanding of budget and expenditure controls, together with exemplary administration and management of the same.
- Experience and understanding of Safeguarding and welfare of players and staff.
- A great communicator working within a Team and community environment
