With the new season just over two months away, Chairman Jon Gold has provided an update on how you can update or buy your season tickets:

“Dear All

A sincere thanks for your support and patience over this past 18 months, which has been extremely challenging for everyone, both personally and in business, but hopefully there is now some positive light at the end of what’s been a very dark tunnel and we can all look forward to the commencement of the 2021/22 NPL season with real optimism and excitement!

It’s obviously been a very difficult time for the club being closed without income for such a long period of time, but thanks to the hard work of everyone involved and the goodwill and generosity of our supporters, volunteers, players at all levels and our valued commercial partners, we have managed our way through things, and we are enthusiastic about welcoming everyone safely back to the “Optimum Pay Stadium” next month.

The renewal of season tickets along with retaining the support of our commercial partners, is an important source of income and cash flow to all clubs in June/July when preparing for a new season, enabling us to maintain the stadium and to support our manager in his efforts to build and maintain the team to ensure that we remain as competitive as possible within our league. However, we are conscious that your season tickets last year only enabled you to attend a small number of games before the season was curtailed and as a result of this and in goodwill for your support, we are offering you a completely free renewal for 2021/22 on your existing ticket and touchingly I have been made aware that some of you may either wish to make a donation to cover the games that you were able to attend last year, or forgo the free replacement to renew as normal and to help and support the club further and should you wish to undertake any of these options, we would of course be sincerely grateful. However, we appreciate that everyone’s circumstances are different, which is why the offer of a free renewal is offered without prejudice.


For Existing Season Ticket Holders (Free Renewals & Paid Renewals)

You can renew your ticket free via the NTFC online ticketing service from Tuesday 15th June.

Seated tickets, we have taken the information from 2019-20 season and reserved your seat to your online account, there is still a charge applicable to have a seat for the season which will show. Please log into your account, head to reserved items, select your seat(s), and add to cart and proceed to checkout. Please note if you did not renew your season ticket last year, you will have nothing reserved in your account. You will simply log into your account and purchase a new season ticket in a seat that is available.

Standing Tickets will automatically be done for you, our team will process this, and you will receive an email to state this, please ignore anything that mentions money paid as it is a generic email, all standing renewals will be free of charge.

Should you choose too, there is an option on the Kaizen website to Donate on the home page, you can select the amount and add this to your cart and head to checkout.

For those without access to internet and smart phones, your tickets can be renewed in the club store by appointment by phoning the club on 01270 621771 or emailing [email protected]. Please do not come to the Stadium as the shop is not open for enquiries or walk ins at this time.


Season Ticket Prices 2021/22

  • Existing Season Ticket Holders – Free of charge (Should you wish to repay in full) – Adult £160.00, Concessions £115.00, Junior £35 this can be found on the donation section of the ticketing site
  • General Season Tickets (Same as last year) Adult £187.00, Concession £137.00, Junior £50.00
  • Family Ticket (2 Adults, 2 Children under 16) £399
  • Seated reservations additional £25 per seat

Please note due to covid restrictions we will have a restricted number of seats available to purchase. For the first time, for this 2021/22 season you can purchase seats in the stand. The system will automatically separate your booking away from another to enable social distancing whilst covid guidelines are in place.

Season tickets purchased will be delivered to the club not your home address. Once they have arrived, the Club Shop will contact you to collect them, or they will be available to collect on the gate for the pre-season friendlies by our staff.

We ask in advance that all our fans adhere to social distancing guidelines to keep everyone safe. You must check into our venue upon arrival with the QR code displayed at the turnstile or give your details to a member of staff (refusal to adhere to these guidelines may result in you being refused entry into The Stadium). Masks must be worn when inside the venue, when ordering drinks, food and even when using the toilets.

The New League Season will commence on Saturday 14th August and the fixtures are expected to be released prior to the end of June.


Vice Presidents Club

As you may have seen we have recently launched our exclusive Vice Presidents Club and numbers for these are extremely limited, it’s a fantastic opportunity for likeminded individuals that can support the club on an annual basis with a donation of £500.

In return for your kind generosity and support your name will be entered onto our new Hall of Fame VP board located inside the club, you will have free access to a VP event once per annum and will also enjoy VP seating with free access to all of our home league games, as well as being welcomed as our guests in the officials’ lounge to enjoy hospitality at each game. For those who can dig a bit deeper and who would like to support the club further, we are currently offering a lifetime VP membership for a one off donation of £5,000.
