Nantwich Town are delighted to announce that the club has signed Elliot Osborne from Newcastle Town.
The goal scoring midfielder spent time with the Dabbers in pre-season, but elected to join the Staffordshire club before the league kicked off.
Osborne, 18, scored seven goals in 27 games this season for The Castle as they sit third in the Evo-Stik Northern Premier First Division South.
He started his footballing career at Vale Park, where he was in the youth teams from the under 9s all the way up to the under 18s team.
Manager Phil Parkinson said: “I’m delighted to have signed Elliot Osborne from Newcastle Town.
“He has been a driving force in their creative play this season and his goals will help us push away from the relegation battle.
“I would like to thank Ivan Lodge and everyone at Newcastle Town for their assistance in getting this deal through and I look forward to seeing him playing for Nantwich.”
Elliot will go into the squad ahead of Saturday’s crucial match away at Matlock Town kick off at the Autoworld Arena is 3pm.
