DJ bolsters squad

Nantwich Town Manager Danny Johnson has bolstered his squad ahead of tonight’s trip to the West Midlands.

While the Dabbers chief may be cursing the club’s injury jinx, he has moved smartly to sign Altrincham youth players David Brown (pictured) and Jeff King, both 18, in time for Nantwich’s first ever visit to Halesowen Town.  Defender Brown gained Evo-Stik experience earlier in the season with Ossett Town.

Johnson has also drafted 17 year old youth team centre halves Jordan Long and Jonathan Proudlove into his travelling squad.

Meanwhile Steve Lewis has left the club while Callum Hood has been allowed to join Kidsgrove Athletic to gain first team experience.
